Education

Fairfield County’s public schools rank among the best in the nation, and the Greenwich Public School System consistently ranks as the state’s highest in regards to test scores and college matriculation rates.  The public school system consists of eleven elementary, three-middle, and one high school.  In addition, Greenwich has 30 independent pre-schools and nine excellent private day schools.  The education system is another causative factor attracting families that desire the highest education for their children.
